- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your hire time
- An e-waiver must be completed before arrival
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Public holiday rates may differ — check the booking calendar for details
- No refunds are given
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to hire time to receive a credit valid for 12 months
- If staff determine weather or river conditions are unsafe at the time of hire, you’ll be offered a reschedule within 12 months
