• Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat

Age & Weight Restrictions

• Minimum age: 7 years
• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by one adult rider per child
• Subject to availability, an additional guide for children can be arranged for a $150 fee
• Maximum rider weight: 100kg
• These limits are in place to ensure rider safety and horse welfare.

Weather Policy

• Rides will proceed in light showers or moderate rain
• Rides will be cancelled in cases of lightning, thunder, or heavy rain
• If a ride is cancelled due to weather, guests may reschedule or receive a refund
• Guests should keep their phones with them on the morning of the ride in case of weather updates
• If travelling long distances and concerned about weather, guests may contact 0455 305 084 from 6:00am
• Guests who prefer not to ride in any rain must cancel at least 10 days prior to their scheduled ride

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All rides are subject to a strict 10-day cancellation policy
• Cancellations, changes, or postponements must be made at least 10 days prior to the ride to qualify for a refund or rebooking
