Home to Buderim Ginger, the World’s Finest Ginger™, their nine-hectare property offers tours and rides that showcase the world’s largest operating ginger factory. They produce a wide variety of delicious, locally made ginger drinks, sweets, spreads, and foods. The iconic Ginger Factory also features boutique shopping, a café and ice creamery, stunning sub-tropical gardens, and thrilling rides for all ages.

Experience the best of The Ginger Factory with the Play, Taste & Discover Bundle! This exciting package includes access to all of the Ginger Factory’s top attractions, offering fun and learning for all ages.
Start with a fully guided 40-minute Factory and Processing Tour, where you’ll learn how the world’s finest ginger has been produced since 1941, ending with a tasting of delicious gingery products.
Next, dive into the fascinating world of honeybees with the Live Bee Show, led by passionate bee guides. You’ll get a close-up look at the bees and enjoy tasting a variety of delicious honeys.
The bundle also includes unlimited rides on two of the most popular attractions: the Ginger Train and the Overboard Boat Ride.
The Ginger Train offers regular 15-minute trips through our picturesque grounds, complete with a full commentary. On the Overboard Boat Ride, join the gingerbread man on a whimsical adventure around the world, featuring over 200 handmade moving puppets – all indoors and fun for all ages.

We had such a wonderful time at the Ginger Factory! It’s the perfect place for a family outing with so much to see and explore. The kids loved the train ride and the interactive tours, and we all enjoyed learning about ginger and its history. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little surprises around every corner. The experience was fun, educational, and relaxed, making it a place we’d definitely love to visit again!

Such as beautiful place to go. Kids will love The Ginger Factory. So much to see and do. Plants everywhere. So much wildlife, lizards, peacocks and butterfly’s. So many little shops to visit, picked up some crystal ginger, moisturiser and a glass dragonfly. Just a lovely place to walk around. Everywhere was wheelchair accessible. If you have little kids I would recommend this establishment. Many great memories would be made here.
